Cutting Heads for Dahle 507 Trimmers

There are 4 different types of cutting head assembly that fit different versions of the Dahle 507 trimmer.

Replacement of the blade for the 507 trimmer is achieved by replcing the cutting head assembly.

The cutting head contains the rotary blade in a self contained unit that also contains the rubber traction wheel.

The best way to identify the correct blade / cutting head assembly for the 507 is via the article number - usually on a lable on the underside of the 507 trimmer.

If there is no article number, another method is to look at the shape of the guide bar (round or rectangular) combined with the colour of the existing head assembly (Grey or Black).

It will only fit the New Generation 3 models of the 507 and 508 trimmers ONLY.
Models 00507-24040 and 00508-24050

These can be identified as having a triangular cross section guide bar.

NB : They will also fit and function on coloured special versions of the generation 3 trimmers but wont match in colour.
